It can be hard to work with family members and co-workers during difficult situations with children. Sometimes family members display behaviors that are just as challenging as their children's! However, it is not in the best interests of any child to have family members and other caregivers in conflictual relationships. This workshop explores how to manage your feelings about family members and co-workers, how to communicate effectively even when family members and co-workers have challenging behaviors, and what to do when family members refuse to or cannot help you address their child’s behavior.
